Refund and Returns Policy
At this time, Ebonaiti only accommodates returns that are damaged during shipping.
At this time, Ebonaiti mostly offers exchanges. Refunds are being processed on a case by case at this time.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. There is a 7-day grace period starting from the time the package is marked as “ARRIVED” for a full refund or exchange to be considered.
Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of orders and pre-orders are processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after 24 hours.
